It started with one press and a fig tree
Zelena Smokva opened in 2019 in a courtyard behind the Pazar market, with one cold press and a fig tree that still shades the terrace.
Today we press 600 bottles a day, cook breakfast and lunch from whatever arrives at the market in the morning, and deliver juice across Split.
